It’s important to note, that this robotic cleaner does not need to attach to your pool filtration system. The robotic cleaner contains a removable filter cartridge to collect debris at the bottom of your pool.

How to set up your Revolution 1 Robotic Pool Cleaner

1. Connect the floating power cable to your power supply.

Ideally, your power supply should be located near the middle of the longest length of your pool. This will allow your pool cleaner to have greater manoeuvrability around your pool floor.

2. Connect your floating cable to your power supply by inserting it with the notch on the connector (1) lined up with the groove in the socket on the power supply and turning clockwise (2). You are now ready to use your pool cleaner
3. While holding onto each handle, insert your cleaner into the pool water. In a rocking motion, shake the cleaner from side to side to help release any air trapped inside.
4. Let the cleaner sink to the pool floor
5. Turn the power supply on

How to remove from the pool

Once the cleaning cycle has finished, the cleaner will automatically shut off. To remove it from the pool you will need to do the following:

1. Turn off at the power supply and unplug the floating cable
2. Use the floating cable to pull the cleaner to the edge of the pool
3. Pull the cleaner out of the pool using the handles. Do not use the cable to remove the cleaner from the water

How to Maintain your Revolution 1 Pool Cleaner

Cleaning the filtration system

To keep the pool cleaner suction at optimal levels, you need to clean out the filter regularly. This is a quick and simple task that should be done regularly. Note: Do not let the filter dry out before cleaning

1. Unplug the power supply
2. Turn the pool cleaner upside down. Open the bottom lid and pull out the cartridge
3. Open the clips and remove the filters
4. Clean the filters with a hose
5. Insert the filters with the plastic backing facing out. Insert the cartridge unit.

Cleaning the Impeller

If you notice debris stuck in the impeller, you will need to remove it. To do this, you will require a Phillips head screwdriver

1. Unplug from the power supply
2. Place the impeller cover at an angle so that the notch is on the second ring of the spring. Press down on the impeller cover in the direction of the spring, pushing it into place. Replace the screws.

How do I remove kinks from my floating cable?

Occasionally, you may find that your floating cable develops some kinks. To remedy this, stretch out the cable and leave it in the sun to soften and relax.

How do I store my Revolution Cleaner in the off-season?

If the pool cleaner will not be in use for an extended period, perform the following storage steps:

• Make sure that no water is left in the pool cleaner.
• Thoroughly clean the filter bag or cartridge and insert it in place.
• Roll up the cable so that it has no kinks.
• Store the pool cleaner upright in a protected area out of direct sun/rain/frost at a temperature of between 5˚-45˚C / 41˚-113˚F.
